There’s something ethereal about koi, and since that ethereal feeling is part of what I love to capture in my artwork, koi fish are a likely subject. These Koi are inspired by my Grandma’s koi, which were over forty years old at her death recently. Beautiful and timeless, graceful and slow moving, this print will help you get your ‘zen’ on in whatever space you need it!
My Grandma’s Koi, the original, was selected to part of Coeurdalene’s Art on the Green Juried Art Show in 2022. The original has found its owner, but the glicee prints remain, and oh, how lovely they are!
This Glicee print is printed on lovely, thick, acid free paper that feels much like water color paper. It absorbs the ink colors in such a way that the print takes on a life of its own. Soft, yet stark, vibrant and bold, the paper and ink makes the print!
All of my Glicee prints are signed, numbered and carefully packaged. All prints are 350DPI printed with Archival Ink and Acid Free Paper.
Frames are thin, black, and prints are matted. I prefer not to ship glass through the mail; my art looks better without the glass anyway. If you must have glass, please e-mail your request. I will add it (plexiglass for items over 11x14”).
Framed, matted prints are ready to hang directly out of the package without any fuss! How fun is that!? Enjoy!
