With this Iris, its beauty is truly in the details! The paint bubbled in a way that almost made it look like little butterflies! It’s always a joy, when something unexpected happens when you’re painting, even if it doesn’t feel like it at the time! Perhaps this is one of the reasons I like to paint using paint pour techniques, I feel like I’m working ‘with’ the paint, creating something unknown and elusive!
This one will pull you in, the more you look at it, for sure!
This Glicee print is printed on lovely, thick, acid free paper that feels much like water color paper. It absorbs the ink colors in such a way that the print takes on a life of its own. Soft, yet stark, vibrant and bold, the paper and ink makes the print!
All of my Glicee prints are signed, numbered and carefully packaged. All prints are 350DPI printed with Archival Ink and Acid Free Paper.
When buying the print only, prints are made for an 10x20” frame. Image size is 9x18”, so look for a mat with an opening of 8.5x17.5” for the best fit. Custom Mats can be found online.
